SendToQuickBase - Manually Add User to License

Before you can use the SendToQuickBase cloud feature (a.k.a. Bcc special email address), which allows you to save your email messages into your QuickBase Application without installing any software, your SendToQuickBase Admininstrator must add you to your organization's SendToQuickBase License as follows:

Note: For people using Microsoft Outlook on Windows, there is no need to follow these steps as you are prompted to register during installation of the software, which adds you to the license.

  1. In your browser, log into QuickBase if you are not already.
  2. Open the SoftTechExperts Product Licenses app.
  3. On the page that opens, click View next to your License.
  4. On the License page that opens, scroll to the bottom to see the Users section, and click the button Add User.
  5. On the Add User page that opens, select the QuickBase User, and enter First Name, Last Name, and Email. There is no need to set the Password as the new user will do that.
  6. Click Save to add the new User to your License.

That completes the setup. Now tell the User to follow instructions to set their password.
